2. The User shall be required to read and accept the relevant terms of services for such service, which may be updated or modified by “Vigyapan Dot Com” from time to time.

3. Additionally, VIGYAPAN DOT COM may provide terms and guidelines that govern particular features, offers or the operating rules and policies applicable to each Service. The User shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and guidelines or operating rules and policies relating to offers or any specific services.

To avail the Services, you must continue to maintain at your own sole cost: (a) all the necessary equipment including a computer and modem, smart phone etc. to access the said Website/avail Services; (b) own access to the World Wide Web. You shall be responsible for accessing the Services and that access may involve third party fees including, airtime charges or internet service provider’s charges which are to be exclusively borne by you. (A) All information of whatsoever nature received from the Advertiser is taken in good faith, without suspecting the bonafide of the Advertiser. The contents of the advertisement are believed to be true and correct and in compliance with the laws of India.

(B) You understand and agree that the said Website reserves its sole right to accept or reject any content of the advertising materials. It may delete or reject any content in whatever form such as writings (including words /phrases), photos and profiles which are illegal, pornographic, obscene in nature, malicious, vulgar, provocative, against public interest, discriminative, which are, in the sole judgment of the said Website, in violation of the Terms & Conditions or which might be offensive, false, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of the said Website and/or its Subscribers and/or general public at large.

(C) Ads should not contain any provocative content related to caste, creed, religion, nationality, etc.

(D) The Advertisement preview shown to the User is an indicative preview of the ad text only and it may at times differ from the actual published advertisement. This may come about as a result of technology and/or because of 'Pagination of Advertisement' by the concerned department of the particular newspaper in which such advertisement is published. Such change is beyond the control of the said Website and VIGYAPAN DOT COM is not and will not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any such change brought about by such subsequent formatting and displaying of the Advertisement at the time of such publication and no dispute in this regard will be entertained either in the form of refund or for free insertions or in any manner whatsoever from the User.

An Advertisement can be booked through the website www.classifiedvigyapan.com not later than 4:00 PM a day prior to the date of publication.

(E) The Subscriber receives a notification containing the status of his ad on his registered mobile no./Email ID.

(F) VIGYAPAN DOT COM is not responsible for the authenticity of the content/picture of the Ad or any compliance to the laws of India which will be the sole responsibility of the User / Advertiser.

Payments

www.classifiedvigyapan.com website is an online platform and thus works under online payment mode only. There is no provision for offline/cash payment. The said Website accepting payments via all UPI payment gateway or NEFT in Bank in online mode.

(A) A link has been provided by www.classifiedvigyapan.comto make the payments through the anypayment gateway operates independently. Therefore, the www.classifiedvigyapan.comwill not be responsible or liable for any failures of payment transactions.

(B) The Subscriber proceeds for payment after reviewing the final payment quotation.
